A few things you might be wondering
Let's clear
things up.
Do we have to give up our existing tools?
Start with what you already have. Your submission platforms, spreadsheets and shared folders can remain part of your process. We'll review what can be imported and what needs a little hands-on setup. An import is not an automatic two-way sync.
Will our website still feel like our festival?
Yes. Octafest supports festival branding, layouts, multiple languages and responsive public pages. The preview is a chance to see your identity in the product and discuss your website needs before a move.
What does it cost, and how long does setup take?
We'll agree on a quote and a realistic setup plan around your edition, content and support needs. Share your dates early so we can work out what is practical before opening night.
Can we bring ticket sales into our reports?
Accreditation scan reports and CSV exports are available today. Combining those records with ticket-provider sales and full audience occupancy is part of the direction we're working toward. Tell us which ticketing system you use so we can discuss the fit.
What about mobile apps and delivering films to cinemas?
A mobile-app API and complete cinema-file delivery are future directions. Today, Octafest organizes film information, source materials, schedules and distribution listings. We'll be clear about what's ready and what would need additional work.
